Maritime Frontiers was Founded by J Alexander Brien, our lead strategic and legal expert in international law with over 20 years experience advising Governments throughout the world, International Organisations, NGOs and private companies on a range of maritime and ocean matters, with an emphasis on maritime security, defence, offshore energy, maritime disputes and ocean governance.
